Occupy Wall Street EPIC FAIL! OWS Kids, Missing Zuccotti Park, Arrested for Attempting to Occupy a Church.

Jai singh | 18:41 | | | | Be the first to comment!
These miserable little Marxists just can't seem to learn, can they?
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork/AP) Dozens of Occupy Wall Street protesters were arrested Saturday after they scaled a chain-link fence or crawled under it to get to an Episcopal church-owned lot they want to use for a new camp site.

Protesters used a wooden ladder to scale the fence or lifted it from below while others cheered them on. A man wearing a Santa suit stood on the ladder among others, as they ignored red “Private Property” signs.

As officers made arrests, protesters shouted obscenities and hollered: “Make them catch you!” The group was inside the lot for a short time before being led out by police in single file through a space in the fence. About 50 people were arrested, police said.
About a thousand people gathered across the street at a city-owned park.

Protesters have been looking for a new place to set up camp since they were ousted from Zuccotti Park and are considering Duarte Square, which is owned by Trinity Wall Street Episcopal church.

Now, they've begun a march on the Rector's home; via Twitter, there are reportedly 'paddy wagons and netting' lining up to catch the loose 'tards.

Hey, OWS! "SUCCESS" comes before "WORK" ONLY in a DICTIONARY!

Freakin' morons. See what happens when LeftLibProggs have kids ?

SCOTUS vs. ObamaCare: Proof that Kagan must recuse herself.

Internal DOJ Email: Kagan Was Brought Into Loop on Mark Levin’s Obamacare Complaint

CNSNews.com) - Internal Justice Department email communications made just days before the House of Representatives passed the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act show that then-Solicitor General Elena Kagan was brought into the loop as DOJ began preparing to respond to an anticipated legal complaint that Mark Levin and the Landmark Legal Foundation were planning to file against the act if the House used a procedural rule to “deem” the bill passed even if members never directly voted on it.

In another internal DOJ email communication that same week, Kagan alerted the chief of DOJ’s Office of Legal Counsel to the constitutional argument that a former U.S. Appeals Court judge was making against the use of this rule.
Then, during Kagan’s Supreme Court confirmation process four months later, Republicans on the Senate Judiciary Committee asked her in writing if she had “ever been asked about your opinion” or “offered any view or comments” on the “the underlying legal or constitutional issues related to any proposed health care legislation, including but not limited to Pub. L. No. 111-148 [PPACA], or the underlying legal or constitutional issues related to potential litigation resulting from such legislation?"

Kagan answered both questions: “No.”

An ObamaCare cheerleader who is also a liar.

See what happens to the Supreme Court when we elect a dirty socialist? We get these dirty rats what come along for the ride, too.

More on Barack Obama's Osawatomie Campaign Speech

Jai singh | 19:25 | | Be the first to comment!
...because it is worth studying; a perfect window by which one can read this man's intentions.

From the WSJ...

Most press accounts of Barack Obama's speech in Osawatomie, Kansas, Tuesday described it as delivered by the "president of the United States." And indeed the person delivering it analogized himself to Presidents Teddy Roosevelt, Franklin Roosevelt, Dwight Eisenhower and Bill Clinton. In fact, the Osawatomie speech was not given by the President of the United States. It was given by the leader of the Democratic Party. ...

The Osawatomie speech sounded like what you'd expect to hear in Caracas or Buenos Aires. As in: "The free market has never been a license to take whatever you can from whomever you can." (Applause.) And: "Their philosophy is simple. We are better off when everybody is left to fend for themselves and play by their own rules."

Some will say hearing crude Chavista populism in the Obama speech is an overreaction. That once it's understood the Kansas speech was the work of the party leader, not the president of the United States, it becomes easier to think about it without overreacting to its intense and vivid rhetoric: "Millions of working families in this country . . . are now forced to take their children to food banks for a decent meal." ...

We have in a president's place a figurehead, not a leader. This man-child is not leading America from the perspective of the Executive branch (the Executive has only a third-share of our political power); he's attempting to direct us as would a monarch. He actually believes he's single-handedly running this nation.

Not so much, Barack Hussein Obama. You've a third-share, and a short-term nearing the end. Four years and done, if we are lucky; if we are serious about keeping this Republic intact, not giving in to what's easily seen as neo-Marxism. Our country isn't set up to run on such weak sauce.

If we can't beat this ideology, we can only dig in and oppose every facet of Obama's 'leadership'. Because he is leading only those who are already gone too far-Left to be called Americans anymore, and doesn't care about the rest of us.

Obama's Osawatomie Speech: Presenting the KING of the OWWIES!

Jai singh | 06:12 | | | | 1 Comment so far
Class warfare, presented on the public dime. Seems Barack Obama is reaching out to the Occupy Wall Street crowd, doesn't it? Who can deny that Barack Obama is anything but a class-warfare-indulging, community-organizing neo-Marxist looking to attract the soft, weak, compliant, expectant, fat, dumb and happy Americans who want things handed to them, and are willing to give up their freedoms to get on some form of Government dole?

This speech is an example of what we can expect from Barack Hussein Obama right up until November 2012, when hopefully he'll be kicked to the curb by real Americans. But know this: he's going to do whatever he can to attract the weak 'Americans' who expect to have things given to them. Buying votes, that's all Barack Obama and Democrats can do; he certainly can't run on his miserable record, can he?

Occupy Wall Street now wants to co-opt Christian and other religions

Jai singh | 18:50 | | | | Be the first to comment!
Now, the Occupy Wall Street crowd is attempting to seize Church property to 'occupy' (read: turn into the same stinking, dirty, drug-infested commune-like encampments that've been dislodged from Zuccotti Park and from other city's centers). Their appeal is to claim 'Jesus would OCCUPY'. Really? I think not.

Sorry, Owwies, but the Left has never been friendly to religions or to Christ. You, the Occupy Wall Street movement, represent the ideology of Marx and Lenin in sheep drag. Did you know that Lenin's pet term for his own crowd of Dirty Socialists was 'bolsheviki'? That means in Russian 'majority'; like the Owwie's '99%'. And it too was a lie.

Lenin's (and later, Stalin's) 'majority' '99%' bolsheviki killed millions in an effort to make Communism work. Guess what? It didn't, it won't, it can't, so stop trying to make it work. Especially in America.

I don't think Christ ever said to Rome (to Government) that it should feed the poor. He did command His people to feed the poor. But Government redistribution is not a Christian formulation.

You lazy neo-Marxists Owwies should be more concerned with cutting back Federal Government growth and regulations so's our American! free market system can rebound; then, if you've prepared yourselves correctly (spent your education dollars on learning things employers want to pay you to do, maybe some nice technical training and applied math skills instead of worthless your sophomoric 'humanities' and 'social justice' degrees) you can become worthwhile members of society, instead of being simpleton dregs begging for reparations and handouts in tent communes.

Your societal worth is little, and that's your fault, not ours.

Darleen posted a video just last Friday (see it there), featuring a woman who has 15 kids by 3 different 'baby daddies'. In that video she's crying, begging and pleading that 'someone needs to PAY for these kids!' (you and me, the American taxpayer, is what she has in mind).

A final comment on the dying thread by BuddyPC links an apt reply to this woman; from 1996, Chris Rock is in da HOUSE!

Adam Carolla eviscerates Occupy Wall Street participants.

Jai singh | 14:15 | | | | Be the first to comment!
Adam Carolla picks up on the non-political but factual observations that Occupy Wall Street is envious, resentful, doped up, hateful, and pissed off. Their envy is boiling over, leading to their 15 minutes of infamy (including nearly 5000 arrests, several deaths from drug overdoses, rapes and molestations, and, worse than all of that, their embrace of old Marxist ideology). Adam points out that these children of kids are remarkably spoiled and expectant; I'll add that they are ideologically far-Left, approaching Communistic.

This video-rant brought a much-needed smile to my stone face. Observe that there is a 'Content Warning' (AKA 'trigger alert') for strong language that'll make your poor old mother blush. Or should, if you were raised halfway decently.

Occupy Portland expunged Sunday; Occupy Oakland slated for today

Jai singh | 06:45 | | | Be the first to comment!
You know there's a problem when Portland police had to deploy the gas masks.

The Portland police forced the Owwies out of the parks, then allowed the passage of time to disperse them. Very peaceful; eventually they just 'wore' the protesters down. Now, they are under a bridge right next to the river.

This is one of the two city parks in Oakland that the Owwies occupied for some 5 weeks. Note it is completely denuded of grass. These cockroaches were evicted yesterday; the parks fenced off, but it'll take weeks to regrow the grass and restore the parks so ordinary families can enjoy them again.

Oakland Occupy is more problematic. Remember, they are the ones with Black Bloc anarchists (with hammers) who destroy public property then run for the hills.

There's a livestream up and running here.

From there, earlier:

Isn't the little ninja trashcan drummer boy cute? And the one-stick paint bucket drummer. The lefties certainly lurves their drum circles, don't they?

A couple of dirty socialists got it on with an impromptu wedding, just moments ago.

Wedding gifts? expected, and of course, for life, and free of any obligations.

A lifetime of government assistance would be perfect. Oh, and send more tents; seems Oakland PD has removed a few...  )

Occupy Denver vs. BlogCon 11: Conservatives get their rout on.

Jai singh | 08:21 | | | | Be the first to comment!
Seems that the Occupy forces finally got a well-deserved squashing. Kurt Schlichter at Big Government (video at the link)...

The weirdos, losers and mutations who make up the Occupy movement showed the world their glass jaw when their Denver branch descended upon the FreedomWorks BlogCon 2011 new media convention on Friday. There’s a lot for conservatives to learn from this close encounter of the dumbass kind.

Sure, we learned that their personal hygiene leaves much to be desired – like, well, personal hygiene.

We learned that their concept of private property is shaky at best; radio host Tony Katz hilariously schooled one shaggy gentleman on the air at length about who owned a particular chair the Occupier attempted to occupy. And we learned that they wear Guy Fawkes masks not because of any particular affinity for the noted radical Catholic terrorist but because some guy wore it in the movie V For Vendetta and it was apparently a really bitchin’ movie.

These are not deep thinkers.

But the most important lesson is that the Occupiers are a joke; they are nothing but coddled, Potemkin protesters who collapse at the first sign of resistance.
These clowns have been treated with kid gloves by gutless (or even sympathetic) politicians from Zuccotti Park to the Port of Oakland. They’ve been allowed to live in filth, dominate public spaces and generally descend into a festering petri dish of social, criminal and epidemiological pathologies by cowardly mayors and other enablers unwilling to do the most basic job of any government leader and keep order.

The mainstream media adores them, viewing them as advancing their shared left-wing agenda while also recalling the activist Sixties of legend.  And, of course, the media helpfully covers up the ever-growing roster of outrages perpetrated by these nimrods. No accountability there. Even the cops are required to treat these geniuses with professional respect.
It’s been all up-twinkles for them – until now.

Not to paint a couple of botched protests as the Battle of Stalingrad, but when these idiots rushed into the midst of the assembled conservative new media folks gathered at BlogCon 2011, it was about the first time anyone ever took these cretins on en masse.

They ran into an impenetrable wall of mockery, and they had no clue what to do.

They folded like a house of stinky cards.

The foundation of the success of the Occupiers is the tacit agreement by the elite to treat them with respect, to take their incoherent assemblage of bad ideas seriously, and to ignore the fact that the emperor’s new clothes are dirty, clichéd and have Che’s mug emblazoned on them.

The BlogCon folks didn’t.

They did not play along. They showed no respect. Instead, they went on the offense, kept on the offense, and turned the Occupiers’ strengths against them. It was awesome.

Jeff G, blogger at protein wisdom, captured the following video. It seems a private school teacher, Celia Bard of St. Mary's Academy, brought her class along to join Occupy Denver; they became part of the group that set out to annoy BlogCon 11 attendees. After spending class time coaching these students to believe they too were the 99% (even though their parents shelled out $14K per year tuition; how many of these kids could be termed 'underprivileged and wanting', you think?) they were turned loose to learn from hands-on protesting...

"Population Control, Marauder Style"

Jai singh | 10:43 | | | | | Be the first to comment!
The New York Times has an article up today, in 'celebration' of the 7 Billion humans now alive on Planet #3 (Mudball Earth). Unsurprisingly, their focus is on population control: specifically, deaths due to various human wars and atrocities occurring since 400 BC to present day.

But, there's an omission on that handy chart they provide; the popup chart reproduced and 'fixed' below...

This is one massive chart, sized 1400 x 2000. Click to enlarge.

You'll easily see my 'fix', the large red circle at the bottom of the chart. That represents the U.S.'s 50 Million induced abortions, since Roe v. Wade was put into operation as a killing methodology in 1973. Sourced, here.

The 'top two' killing events in world history prior to my 'correction' were:
1) World War II - 1939-1945 - 66 Million deaths
2) (Tie) Genghis Kahn, 1206-1227 - 40 Million; Mao Zedong 1949-1976 - 40 Million

My correction:

1) World War II - 1939-1945 - 66 Million deaths
2) U.S. Induced Abortions - 1973-2011 - 50 Million deaths
3) (Tie) Genghis Kahn -1206-1227 - 40 Million deaths; Mao Zedong - 1949-1976 - 40 Million deaths

Interesting to note that Mao Zedong was a Communist. And, supporters of Roe v. Wade are far-Left Democrats, now approaching full-blown Communism in their radical ideologies.

#Occupy Oakland 'devolves' into Anarchy; met with tear gas and arrests.

Jai singh | 06:04 | | | | Be the first to comment!
What else can we expect from far-Left protesters?

Riot police from a number of Bay Area departments fired tear gas and other projectiles early Thursday and arrested dozens of demonstrators to break up Occupy Oakland protests that had drawn thousands of participants Wednesday.

Officers moved in near the City Hall encampment where tents re-sprouted after officials last week ordered them razed. The police action came after a predominantly peaceful day of protest that attracted more than 7,000 people of all ages and left-leaning political stripes.

The evening appeared to be winding down peacefully when protesters declared victory at the Port of Oakland at 9 p.m. Wednesday -- after authorities confirmed that a shift scheduled to start work at 7 p.m. had been canceled. But as demonstrators amassed again at the City Hall plaza, the situation devolved.

Morning Examiner: Oakland has been Occupied
American flags were burned. ATMs were destroyed. Occupiers were hit by cars as they jaywalked across the street. In other words, Occupy Oakland’s general strike turned into lawless mayhem as anyone  with an ounce of common sense would have predicted.

True, the Occupy Oakland general strike was not entirely violent. Throughout most of the day occupiers only terrorized shoppers, destroyed private property, and shut down commerce at the Port of Oakland. The real mayhem didn’t begin until protesters occupied an abandoned building near San Pablo Avenue and 17th Street. The occupiers erected barricades using tires, pallets, and garbage cans and set them on fire when riot police began evicting them from the building. An all-out battle followed with police using tear gas, flash grenades, and bean bag rounds on the occupiers, and the occupiers responding with firecrackers and bottles.

By 12:30 AM, the occupiers had been removed from the building and retreated to their home base at Frank Ogawa Plaza. Despite all the damage and mayhem they have caused, the liberal leaders of Oakland only want to embrace the movement further. The Oakland City Council will take up a resolution today supporting the Occupy encampment and calling on city administrators to “collaborate with protesters.” The resolution is expected to pass over the objection of Council President Larry Reid. “We’ve given up control of the city” to the occupiers, Reid said. “We don’t call the shots anymore – they do.”

More photos, including a warning "We Came Unarmed...This Time." Heh. Ha. BWAHAHAHAHHAHA~!.

A comparison of TEA Party vs. #Occupy: The Rap Sheet (now out of date; yesterday's #OccupyOakland will see additional crimes lodged against these neo-National Socialists).

On Democrats, generally, and their RACIST! PLANTATIONS of DEPENDENCY

Jai singh | 06:46 | | | | Be the first to comment!
Democrats have no 'truth' unless it's manufactured to further their agenda; ask Dan Rather about the 'truth' of George Bush's National Guard service.

Democrats have no 'honesty' unless it's their version of it; ask retired Democrat Bart Gordon why he fled the 6th District before the 2010 election, he'll tell you the reason was because he's 'too old' (he was 60). The real reason? because he was tired of having to kiss Nancy Pelosi's far-left jack boots.

Democrats won't recognize Christmas trees unless they are named 'Holiday Trees', and only accept those if they are not in public places.

We, Republicans, will gladly give a hand to a person who needs it; but we will not make it a lifetime attraction. Democrats will build gift 'plantations' where they will assemble those whom they believe 'need' their gifts; then keep on those 'plantations' minorities they've assembled, for their 'own good'. And these minorities dasn't never leave the Democrat's 'Plantations of Dependency', or they'll be Hell to pay. Just ask Clarence Thomas or Herman Cain, or any minority who dares NOT to be a Democrat.

The fact that a black man (Cain) can go from being poor to becoming a millionaire, without using the Government Teat...why, such stories could tear the Democratic Party apart~!

Or...whatever Party they've become.

Wednesday Roundup of What Interests Me: #Occupy THIS

Jai singh | 10:05 | | | | | | | Be the first to comment!
#OccupyHolster: Today, in Wisconsin, the NRA-ILA can celebrate the new Concealed Carry law they helped enact. Dirty socialists and LeftLibProggs like MikeB302000 are crying in their Nazi-flavored soups.

#OccupyCasket: Yesterday, a homeless guy died in an Occupy tent in Oklahoma City. No cause of death has yet been determined.

#OccupyJail: Police in Richmond VA arrested 9 'Occupiers' who refused to vacate a city plaza. Later, there were bulldozers loading their tents and other debris into dump trucks, for proper disposal. S'long!

#OccupyElitists: Meghan McArdle posts on the 'suffering elitists' who make up the 'Occupy' forces. A good read, even if Meghan hates NASCAR fans...
...there are still all sorts of hidden cultural signifiers that tell us, yes, we're still in the elite, we know that Formula One is cool and NASCAR isn't (unless you're watching it ironically.)

So, what defines these #Occupy #OWS Owwies, you ask? In a nutshell, they are kids who spent way too much for their now-useless college degrees, on esoteric and unmarketable 'skills'. Mostly, they are coming from upscale families; they eschew the 'trades' and trade schools as being beneath their 'class'; they resent those who've already 'made it' to where they 'should be', getting the BMW's whilst they have to take stupid city busses and...ride bikes.

These typical Owwies don't want to work at no steenking Wal-Marts, nor do they want to do any plumbings or any changing of tires at the Firestones or the pushing of any brooms anywhere; they want to work for the Government at the very least, to 'pretend' to maintain their 'upper class' elite statuses. All that other worky-work stuff, that's work for the illegals, and for stupidish NASCAR fans. Isn't that why they (and their parents) support these 'open borders', and why they've expressed desires to keep illegals in the pipeline, so they don't have to do 'real work? Truly, physical work is work that they despise and simply won't do; that laborious stuff being beneath their level of (perceived) status.

Don't believe this is an internecine class struggle? Show me where the NASCAR contingent is amongst these Owwies. They aren't there; they are working or staying in close-knit family units; won't see many of them at these encampments.

Since the economic downturn, and with the ever-swelling population, such 'elitist' jobs and opportunities are not as easily forthcoming. So, they've taken their worthless diplomas to the streets, with predictable results: their little 'communities' are becoming nassty third-world slums sans the diseases: the crime rates are skyrocketing, with thefts, rapes, and prevalent drug usage. They are the next level to which this little Republic is aspiring, if we can't get our economic ship righted: filthy, dirty, third-world Haiti living. It's coming soon enough.

#Occupy'60's: The Owwies haven't studied much history. They recall the protests of the '60's of course; the stumblebums and hippies with their tie-dyed shirts and long hair and free sex and drugs; their marches (mostly) on college campuses, with the occasional stroll down Main Streets. But, mostly, college kids who didn't want to go to Vietnam, and couldn't wrangle a trip to Canada or another way to dodge the draft.

A bit farther back, there were the civil rights marches; those were of much higher class than the anti-war hippies, with no free drugs and sex in the streets.

So, these new-wave Owwie protest marches are de rigueur, and based on the 'old hippie' theories and practices, with the addition of tents and the stupidish 'General Assemblies' with the freaky 'up and down' twinkles and the 'human microphone' nonsense. Of course, lots of 'old hippies', harking back to their youth, are drawn to these sessions like moths to bong flames.

But it's a wannabe-higher-class of people than the standard '60's and '70's hippies, even if they still do all-together-now stink to high heaven.

#OccupyNashville: These kids are tolerated in some cities (Nashville, you listening?) because Owwies do know how to get help from their parents and supporters who are also, mostly, elitist Leftists. And a nice federal Judge in their pocketses.

We have a 'special' Federal Judge in Nashville who struck down Gov. Haslam's order to have these punks frog-marched off to jail.  Federal District Judge Aleta Trauger (who was, incidentally, appointed by dirty cigar-sucking socialist William Jefferson Clinton) interfered with our efforts to oust these 'Occupy' 'tards.

Richmond has smarter mayors and governators than does Tennessee, because their laws forbidding camping in public parks and plazas were already on the books, and far-Left judges like Aleta (a Vandy gal (graduated in '72) who worked a stint as Bredesen's chief of staff, '91-'92) can't interfere.

I'll bet Aleta's a dirty socialist at heart; with consideration of the law secondary to her heartfelt leftist ideologies.

Would you see these Owwies tolerated if they were of the standard 'homeless' class, members of society's unwanted? Would (or did) Nashville tolerate a homeless camp set up on Legislative Plaza in past years? Of course not. They would've been swept away as quickly as Richmond swept away their OWS vagrants couple days ago; with arrests and bulldozers.

These kids are well-connected, and have just enough smarts to game the system.

For now.

This won't end well, mark my words.

Amendment 4:20: FREE SHIT

Jai singh | 06:18 | | | | | Be the first to comment!
I saw this buried in the pw commentary, written by Squid; it needs to see light-of-day and wider distribution, since the Left wants to take as a Constitutional Right 'free lunches'. From the Dirty Socialist Bill of Rights...

Amendment 3.14: FREE SHIT. The rightf of the People, seeing that otherf have more shit than they, to affemble and rediftribute said shit until such time af their shitty needf be satiffied, shall not be abridged.

4:20 is better as Amendment classifier I'm thinking, because that's the 'smoke it if you gots it!' time of day, and commensurate with the 'free shit' attitude these neo-Marxists espouse.

Oh, and this...

EXCLUSIVE: ACORN Playing Behind Scenes Role in 'Occupy' Movement

The former New York office for ACORN, the disbanded community activist group, is playing a key role in the self-proclaimed “leaderless” Occupy Wall Street movement, organizing “guerrilla” protest events and hiring door-to-door canvassers to collect money under the banner of various causes while spending it on protest-related activities, sources tell FoxNews.com.

The former director of New York ACORN, Jon Kest, and his top aides are now busy working at protest events for New York Communities for Change (NYCC). That organization was created in late 2009 when some ACORN offices disbanded and reorganized under new names after undercover video exposes prompted Congress to cut off federal funds.

NYCC’s connection to ACORN isn’t a tenuous one: It works from the former ACORN offices in Brooklyn, uses old ACORN office stationery, employs much of the old ACORN staff and, according to several sources, engages in some of the old organization’s controversial techniques to raise money, interest and awareness for the protests.

Sources said NYCC has hired about 100 former ACORN-affiliated staff members from other cities – paying some of them $100 a day - to attend and support Occupy Wall Street. Dozens of New York homeless people recruited from shelters are also being paid to support the protests, at the rate of $10 an hour, the sources said.

At least some of those hired are being used as door-to-door canvassers to collect money that’s used to support the protests.

Sources said cash donations collected by NYCC on behalf of some unions and various causes are being pooled and spent on Occupy Wall Street. The money is used to buy supplies, pay staff and cover travel expenses for the ex-ACORN members brought to New York for the protests.

In one such case, sources said, NYCC staff members collected cash donations for what they were told was a United Federation of Teachers fundraising drive, but the money was diverted to the protests.

Sources who participated in the teachers union campaign said NYCC supervisors gave them the addresses of union members and told them to go knock on their doors and ask for contributions—and did not mention that the money would go toward Occupy Wall Street expenses. One source said the campaign raked in about $5,000.

And we thought that bunch of dirty socialists was 'disbanded'. Not so. Didn't stake 'em through the heart.

But finding the taint of ACORN definitely show Obama's hand right on the control levers of "Occupy Wall Street", doesn't it?

Occupy Oakland: Tear Gassed, Bean Bagged, Wooden Dowelled, Arrested: UP TWINKLES~!

Jai singh | 04:56 | | | Be the first to comment!
Seems the gloves are off in Oakland, where dirty 'Occupy Wall Street' socialists were evicted from their squalid encampment in Frank Ogawa Plaza. After, they decided to 'down twinkles' the police; who responded with tear gas, rubber bullets, wooden dowels and bean bags.

Most of the losers went home, to clean(er) beds in mom's basements. Some die-hards are still wandering the streets (the plaza is closed for cleaning of 'debris and defecate').

The rolling protest came about 12 hours after hundreds of police from across the Bay Area rousted about 300 people from the two-week old camp at Frank H. Ogawa Plaza. Tensions escalated after protesters vowed to return to the plaza, which was left with tents overturned and food, carpet, personal belongings and mounds of trash strewn on the lawn.

"We had to deploy gas to stop people from throwing rocks and bottles at police," said Interim Police Chief Howard Jordan, adding that he was unsure about what other crowd control methods were used by outside police agencies. There were unconfirmed reports that flash-bang grenades and wood dowels were launched at protesters.

Following the pre-dawn raid, about 500 protesters initially met at the main branch of the Oakland library at 4 p.m., chanting that they would "reclaim" what they now call Oscar Grant Plaza named for the unarmed man who was killed in 2009 by a BART police officer.

The demonstrators sparred with hundreds of police for more than six hours forcing police to close streets, reroute traffic and launch four rounds of bean bags into the crowd of protesters.

At one of the most tense moments
Advertisement
near Frank H. Ogawa Plaza, sparks from explosives thrown at police by protesters and tear gas canisters could be seen exploding over the scattering crowd.

The number of protest injuries were not immediately known, but two officers were hurt when protesters splattered them with paint.

As of late Tuesday, the crowd had not dispersed and an earlier tweet by Occupy Oakland organizers gave locations where the group wanted people to congregate and urged demonstrators to "bring
bottles."

Chief Jordan said 102 people were arrested Tuesday, the majority taken into custody before dawn. ...

One officer said that during the camp shutdown, protesters threw bottles, skillets, other kitchen utensils and rocks at police. They also "threw plates at us like Frisbees," the officer said. Police confirmed that protesters had set off a fire extinguisher and several low-level explosives to try to deter oncoming police.

Frank H. Ogawa Plaza will remain closed until public health and safety conditions can be improved; this includes debris, human waste and hazardous materials removal.

Heh: 'Occupy' Jail, losers.

Take this country back from the Train Wreckers on the Left. There's nothing they can do to make things better; they've had years in which to show us something.

They've showed us nothing but falling employment and rising debt, and offer us nothing but Socialism and Communism.

Kick the Democrats to the curb. For the sake of our CHILDREN~!

OCCUPY Nashville

Jai singh | 05:50 | | | | Be the first to comment!
Grow the Gulch? No, fill it with #OCCUPYNashville 'tards, and cover it up.

But that'd be a problem: I drove by the Legislative Plaza yesterday after the Titans' spectacular whupping to see the masses of steenking left-wing humanity that've come out to support these pushes for mass American socialism; but they weren't there. There were a couple tents, and some dude with two dogs sitting outside of one. But mostly Legislative Plaza was filled with kids on skates.

At least the poor dirty socialist brought along his girlfriend(s).

Dunno, maybe the kids on skates WERE the vaunted OCCUPY forces. We know now that most of these OCCUPY people are white kids with substantive parents; kids who are spoiled with the latest electronic toys and gadgets and designer jeans who think their $30K per year 'higher' educations should be funded by you and me; educations that consisted of 'Ethnic Studies' or other pop-psychobabblings that are not marketable. No wonder they can't find paying jobs, other than burger-flippers or toilet-scrubbers.

I laugh, laugh, LAUGH! at their pathetic efforts.

If they and their nationwide counterparts did somehow manage to destabilize this Republic's economy, then they will be held responsible. I'm afraid they will then learn some very hard lessons indeed.

UPDATE!

Oh Noes! Authoritarian Oppression at Obamaville Boston! Occupy Boston Has Internal Security Force!
(Boston Metro) –Up and down the makeshift sidewalks inside Tent City Square, muffled voices come through the walkie-talkies attached to people wearing neon-colored vests.

These are the members of the Safety Team — the policing patrol within Occupy Boston’s encampment.
On the heels of an incident last Sunday night, when a heroin addict allegedly pulled a knife on protesters and urinated on a tent, the eight-person security team has been trying to keep the makeshift community more safe.

“[The issue of homelessness] and crime here is no different than it is in society in general,” said Devon Pendleton, a protester.

Heh. Don't you love it? Obamaville Nashville has some growing to do, lads. Let's see you work up a proper 'Dirty Socialist' movement; fill Legislative Plaza with your tents and 'tards and make us PROUD!

TEA Party Nation: "Call For A Strike of American Small Businesses Against The Movement for Global Socialism"

Jai singh | 08:44 | | | | | Be the first to comment!
Dated October 18, 2011.

My question: why so late? We've been doing this since the Immaculation*.

TPN:
“I’m on strike!” - Ellis Wyatt, from the end of the movie "Atlas Shrugged, Part 1", based on the novel by Ayn Rand

Resolved that: The Obama administration and the Democrat-controlled Senate, in alliance with a global Progressive socialist movement, have participated in what appears to be a globalist socialist agenda of redistribution of wealth, and the waging of class warfare against our constitutional republic's heritage of individual rights, free market capitalism, and indeed our Constitution itself, with the ultimate goal of collapsing the U.S. economy and globalizing us into socialism.

Resolved that: President Obama has seized what amount to dictatorial powers to bypass our Congress, and that because the Congress is controlled by a Progressive socialist Senate that will not impeach one of their kind, they have allowed this and yielded what are rightfully congressional powers to this new dictator.

Resolved that: By their agenda and actions, those in our government who swore oaths to protect and defend our Constitution have committed treason against the United States.

Resolved that: The current administration and Democrat majority in the Senate, in conjunction with Progressive socialists from all around the country, especially those from Hollywood and the left leaning news media ( Indeed, most of the news media. ) have worked in unison to advance an anti-business, an anti-free market, and an anti-capitalist ( anti-individual rights and property ownership ) agenda.

Resolved that: These same factions expect that, by carrying out a radical anti-business agenda, which includes the passage and inflicting of Obama"Care" on our nation, class warfare and redistribution of wealth, and expanding the government, while killing businesses in this country with an environment hostile to business, including excessive regulations ( the average business must now spend about $11,700 per year per employee to comply with government regulations! ), and by borrowing and wasting more money than has been spent in the entire previous existence of our republic, that they will "create jobs", when in fact all they have "created" have been government jobs that consume wealth, and don't "create" it.

Resolved that: Our President, the Democrats-Socialists, most of the media, and most of those from Hollywood, have now encouraged and supported "Occupy" demonstrations in our streets, which are now being perpetrated across the globe, and which are being populated by various marxists, socialists and even communists, and are protesting against business, private property ownership and capitalism, something I thought I'd never see in my country, in my lifetime.

I, an American small business owner, part of the class that produces the vast majority of real, wealth producing jobs in this country, hereby resolve that I will not hire a single person until this war against business and my country is stopped.

I hereby declare that my job creation potential is now ceased.

“I’m on strike!”

Yes, that's the way it's been.

Again, why so late?

Obama a 'One-Term President': Steve Jobs

Jai singh | 07:16 | | | | | Be the first to comment!
From Big Government...

Steve Jobs told President Obama he probably would not be re-elected, Walter Isaacson wrote in Jobs’ soon-to-be-released biography.

That’s because regulations and unions in the United States were crippling its ability to remain competitive with emerging powerhouses like China.

The biography was picked up by the Huffington Post, which published excerpts earlier today.

Jobs met with Obama in fall 2010 and said it was too difficult to build a factory in the U.S., which led the company to build manufacturing plants in countries like China.

“You’re headed for a one-term presidency,” Jobs said to Obama.

Jobs also said teachers’ unions “crippled” the education system in the United States. Among his requests to Obama were an 11-month school schedule, school days that last until 6 p.m. and a merit-based system for employing and firing teachers.

Hey, Steve Jobs, Andrew Breitbart!

Hey, Obama. You are SCOAMF.

That is all.

Bank of America angers Occupy Wall Street protesters, and OWS' leftist supporters.

Jai singh | 18:46 | | | | Be the first to comment!
Thank you, Bank of America, for standing up to these dirty socialists.

This screenshot from a Bank of America advert that ran on the LA Times' website (found here at "Fishbowl LA", a left-wing blog (who would've guessed?) written for left-wingers living in Los Angeles (are there any people living there who aren't left-wingers? and if so, why are you staying? we'll send suitcases...) has caused much butt-hurt amongst the 'Occupy' cry babies and their media sympathizers, like this fellow who writes for Mediabistro.

The overpaid blogger, Matthew Fleischer...

Is it just us, or is Bank of America using America’s second most widely read newspaper website to not-so-subtly tell Occupy Wall Street and all who identify with the movement to go fuck themselves?

We get that the ad is attributing the quote to Richard Pink. But, come on. BOfA is going to pull that quote at the same time tens of thousands of Americans are camped out across the country protesting, among other things, the bank’s greed, too-big-too-fail status and political influence. Coincidence? We think not.

We here at Fishbowl LA would like to cordially tell the good people at BOfA to suck it, you hypocritical scum. You were bailed out to the tune of hundreds of billions of dollars and you just dumped $73 billion more in toxic loans to U.S. taxpayers. You know nothing about hard work.

Why, yes, Matty, I think you've captured the essence of BOA's intent! These scrawny little shits hanging out in various 'Occupy'villes CAN go fuck themselves! And you, right along with 'em! Sideways with a swordfish!

I agree wholeheartedly with Richard Pink, and the Bank of America; it is a person's individual responsibility to succeed or not succeed; and certainly it is NOT our Government's responsibility to guarantee any person or persons cradle-to-grave welfare 'just because' they are citizens; nor is it our Government's responsibility to mandate equal outcomes for all of it's citizens, even if they do whine and throw temper tantrums. Such a framework for individual welfare was not built into our Republic's constitution, at least in it's original text; Democrats are busily re-writing that document just as quickly as their mealy-mouthed lawyers of the ACLU and their hand-picked and appointed left-wing judges can find ways to CHANGE the original intent to suit these who've become left-wing. Democrats, mostly.

Sorry, but the NEWFOUND Socialism ALL modern Democrats have embraced (the looting of the Treasury in order to buy votes from 'community organized' moochers, so as to stay in power) is anathema to REAL, ORIGINAL CONSTITUTIONAL American values. We cannot let this continue and hope to keep this Republic intact. One, we can't afford it; two, it's a moral train wreck.

The Occupy Wall Street protesters are absolutely the most spoiled 'poor people' in the world. Compare America's 'poor' to India's or Africa's poor; the disparity in their compared situations and incomes should shame these OWS protesters, if they could realize what being 'poor' really means to most people on this planet. Get out your iPhones, OWS punks, and tweet to some poor citizens in Kinshasa, in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, where the average GDP per capita is $171 per year. Oh, wait, there's not anyone there taking your calls. Because there's no one there with toys like yours! Oh, isn't that $171 yearly per-capita income just about what your monthly iPhone data plan runs your mom and dad ?

If it's income equality these OWS protesters desire, well, outside the borders of this Republic are billions of people who would gladly swap places with any of them, in a heartbeat.

If any of these kids want to see some real pain, let them swap places for a while. Or, if they want a socialist nation, there's plenty already out there to choose from.

Who knows? Cuba and Venezuela might welcome them, if they've any real marketable skills to bring with them, that their socialist dictators might find useful.

Really though, I don't see as to how Cuba could put a Humanities grad ('Gender' or 'Ethnic' Studies) to work, at least not without building a special shovel just to fit the poor little bastard's bright pink palms.
