I've refused to follow this case, up until just days ago. Seems someone will get away with murder.
But, it's better that a million guilty persons go free than one innocent person be convicted. The prosecution was just inept enough to lose this case. Maybe there can be a civil trial?
And you guys and gals who are heartbroken at a 2-year-old's death? How many millions of children have died 3 - 6 months prior to birth that you've never shed a tear for, who never had a chance to be born in the first place?
Could this be Barack Obama's (and any given abortion supporter's) take?
