Team OBAMALYPSE

Way to go, Barack Obama. Nice disastrous speech you gave there.
Uplifting. Really turned the markets around.

Obama gave an astounding speech earlier today. The Dow was already down hard but tanked to 500 lower after Obama declared credit ratings meaningless. He actually said the following at 6:28:

"No matter what some agency may say, we've always been and always will be a triple-A country."

Typical Marxist endgame propaganda. Namely that REALITY IS NOT REALITY. PERCEPTION IS REALITY. FEELING and SENTIMENT ARE REALITY. No matter what objective reality may show you, the only reality is what the state TELLS you it is. If we FEEL that we are still AAA, then we are still AAA and reality does not matter.

THAT is when the DOW started to really tank. This is just about the single most terrifying thing that the market could possibly hear. Markets don't like it when heads of state publicly and explicitly declare that they are officially divorcing from reality.

Hey, look on the bright side! We might still be underdog to France, but at least we're still beating Spain, right?

Geithner, that Obama-Sock-Puppet we have as U.S. Treasury Secretary, cries for more (Tax) money.

No. No more money, children. Get by with what you have, and no more. Do NOT raise the debt limit in August, or at any other time. Cut the hell out of programs, or face consequences that will make the Great Depression seem like a picnic in the park.

Raising taxes to support a "looter-moocher" neo-Socialist ideology-driven political party is no way to run a sustainable economy. Democrats have tacked way, way far-left; they've discovered how to attract as many moocher votes as possible, by offering Other People's Money taken from the Treasury to buy votes and Party support. Giving Democrats more money is not a correct response to what must be the task of reforming the entitlement system Democrats supercharged with LBJ's inaptly-named "Great Society" program. LBJ created an underclass of perpetual moochers who game the system. "Community Organizing" these capitalism-haters was a masterstroke of genius; but to keep this Republic intact, we MUST reverse this phenomenon, or we will wind up on the ash-heap of history, along with the rest of the nations eaten up with the cancer of socialism.
